In the world of professional and custom photography the Creative Session or Sitting is where your image begins.  We bring professional equipment to the scene, provide advice on clothing, and arrange you in poses or groupings so you will have a selection of poses to chose from for your final prints.  The charge for the creative session is to cover this creative time and use of equipment and does not include your print order.  We do have some packages that include prints when purchased at the time of the session.  To reserve your date we ask that you mail us the check for the session.  Until payment is received your appointment time is not on our calendar. In all cases the session fee must be paid for before the session starts.  Session fees that do not include prints are not taxed in Georgia as it is considered a service, not a product.

We often include some candid images taken during the session process as well as the images that you requested.  Please note that group sessions are first groups, such as families.  We focus on the primary group requested for the session and other groupings as time permits.  We do not do individual poses during family sessions. Especially with children, we find there attention to the session limited and trying to cram too much into one session is recommended.

Well behaved pets are welcome to join the session.  We charge $25 extra for pets added to the group and you need to bring someone along who can manage the pet who is not going to be in the portraits.  Even if the portrait is in your home, it is still a good idea to have a designated friend help with the pet so you can “focus” on your portrait. We charge for travel beyond 10 miles round trip beyond our immediate area of Martinez, Evans, Grovetown and West Augusta.

Location Portraiture Sessions for couples and up to 4 individuals start at $100.  This would include limited engagement sessions.  These sessions are 45 minutes to 1 hour and result in about 12 to 20 previews.   If more variety is desired we do a 2 hour session for $150.00.   We require a minimum initial portrait purchase of $150.00.
“Save the Date Cards” and “Wedding Invitation”  Sessions for Couples $100.00: Including photographs in or part of the wedding of wedding invitation or on “Save the Date Cards is very popular with couples. We will help you design and order your cards or invitations through our printers. If you prefer 4×5 or 5×7 size prints to enclose with your invitations in large quantities, 50 or more, let us know your needs.  The extended session ($150) is recommended if you would like to have a guest book with photographs for your wedding made up.  We charge for travel beyond 10 miles round trip of our immediate area of Martinez, Evans, Grovetown, and West Augusta.

“Family Sessions”    $100-$150 for families of five .  Add $25.00 for each additional person.  We limit our family shooting to 8 individuals.  If you group is larger please contact us for a quote.
